CEL? Codes? Seems that the PCM is sensing a very lean condition on bank two and is increasing the injector pulse on those cylinders in an attempt to correct, causing the smoking with the injectors connected. Have the short term fuel trim (STFT) and long term fuel trim (LTFT) for bank 2 read with a scanner (with the injectors connected). If the total of the two is greater than positive 15, the PCM is getting bad data, probably from the upstream O2 sensor (B2S1). (With a condition bad enough to cause smoking, the fuel trims should be showing negative values on bank 2.) If this sounds like Greek, have a mechanic check out the readings on a scanner or scope, and he/she should be able to provide the appropriate corrective action.
