On the stock connector, with the red sliding lock tab up, looking from the wiring harness at the connector, pin 1 is on the left side. Wire colors are: Pin 1 - black with tan tracer; Pin 2 - dark blue with yellow tracer; Pin 3 - light blue; Pin 4 - light green with yellow tracer; Pin 5 - tan.

The blower motor resistor has nothing to do with air flow direction or heat, it only helps regulate the blower speed to four settings.
You are having problems with controlling the actuators for the blend door and the mode door. Does the recirculation door work? Can you hear a difference when switching to one of the last two (counterclockwise) positions on the mode switch (defrost, floor, dash, etc)?
I wouldn't think that all three actuators have failed, so you are having some issues with your HVAC control unit. First, check the fuse - #25 in the junction box under the hood. If that is OK, you'll need to check the controller - the unit in the dash with the knobs.
To get to it, you need to remove the cover below the steering column. There are three screws along the back edge, and you'll have to disconnect the parking brake release lever from its rod.
Then you need to remove the instrument panel bezel. If you have an automatic transmission, you'll need to put it in Low, and if you have a tilt steering column, set it to its lowest position. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Now remove the two screws above the instrument display. The rest of the bezel is held in with clips so use a trim panel removal tool to release the clips. You will find several electrical connectors attached to components in the bezel - light switch, 4wd switch, etc. CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL CONNECTORS WERE CONNECTED ON THE HVAC CONTROLLER. I saw a video on YouTube where the only problem was that the only connector that was connected was for the blower.
If all the connectors were connected, you probably have a bad controller. It is held into the bezel with screws. Remove the screws and find a salvage yard for a replacement. Be sure to get one with the same part number, as this unit is on the PCI circuit and you'll want it to be recognized by the PCM.
Part numbers in the manual are 55056321AA if you have rear window defrost and 55056322AA if you don't. Online Mopar retailers want about $200 for the unit.
