Stetson, I have read on this forum that 05 and newer Dak's require a error eliminator. Other chime in if im wrong. also be careful with the 55watt cause it can be a little much for the headlight housing. And make sure you plan on getting projector lens or your HIDs light will scatter everywhere and blind the hell out of people. Dont be that dick haha
PM me if you have any issues or questions with the install, i just installed them about 3 weeks ago and could give you some insight. I had no troubles though.
I personally like the 6000k because its pretty much just white with a tiny hint of blue in it. Other sites say that 6000k is the brightest one to get. Its just all to your preference. PM me your cell # and ill send you some pictures of the light output at night time so you can see if you like that color or not.
