new mods for my 2003 4.7L

So I picked up this 2003 Quad Cab that had about 180k on it. Manifolds were warped and cracked from some heavy towing I assume. Other than that, it's in great shape,
I put some Flowtech headers on...

try some 93 octane, if it goes away, it was ping. It's more likely an exhaust leak.

and how that helps you advance the timing, unleashing more power.
(the main advantage of tuners IMO)
