    Hey y'all, I have a 96 Dakota sport 318 regular cab 4X4 5 speed. I am looking to replace the spider gears in the rear end. 8.25 3.55 lsd/trak lok. Any ideas on where to get a kit? Thanks in advance.

    I blew up the rear axle in my 93 Dakota, now I am searching the boneyards for a replacement, how do I confirm what axle ratio I had so I can match the new one up. I was told w/4x4 they have to be exact. can I just give the VIN # to a dealer and find out what it was made with?:confused:
