Ok so this is gonna be a long post. I got a 1998 dodge Dakota 3.9l runs but runs a little rough and sometimes stalls doesn't have alot of power. Has gas smell in the oil and when you crank it up you can smell gas. So what's been replaced in the last 4 months. TPS..IAC...fuel pump...the entire evap system included hoses.. throttle body cleaned... intake gasket... wires plugs cap....ever single vacuum line has been replaced. Both 02 sensor.. So what am I missing. No check engine light is on.

Do you have, or can you borrow, a code reader/scanner that shows live data? See what your short term and long term fuel trims are. If they (added together) are -10.0 or greater (more negative), you may have fuel injector issues. There is a test to check the output of each injector over a specific time period to ensure they are putting out the same amount, but the tool to do this test is pricey. You may want to have a professional do this if your fuel trims are very negative.
