I wouldn't recommend headers for the sake of max sound and airflow. Unless you plan to performance build this engine, headers are a waste of money and won't do anything for performance, or sound.

Heres why.... Headers are designed to allow a lot of exhaust gas to exit out of your cylinders. Usually at much higher engine rpms and when high rpm breathing has been improved (i.e bigger cam, larger valves, increased bore and/or stroke, port/polishing, bigger intake, etc.)

On a factory stock engine, running at normal rpms, headers are way overkill and won't benefit you over the stock exhaust manifolds. It would be a waste of money and a PIA to install (along with much more under hood heat)

If you want some improvement in exhaust flow and make the engine sound better, consider doing a dual cat-back exhaust system with a good high flow muffler (Or no muffler at all...The Cat is pretty effective as a muffler all by itself)

Also if you are going for more flow/ power, the stock manifolds aren't the worst out there, but the factory y pipe is the biggest bottleneck on that exhaust system, and you won't get much gains from the exhaust until that's addressed.
