Just purchased this. At this point I'm on my second set of tires, and second Hunter road force balance. I've replace front rotors, back drums looking for a shake that starts at 48 MPH. I've run-out micrometered the rims on back, also the axle hubs and axle bolts. Finding nothing out of tolerance with rear axles and rims, I've had the drive shaft balanced. Still the shake. Any inputs??

You have a 4x4. Have you checked the front drivetrain? Even though you don't have 4wd engaged, the front axles, front differential, and front driveshaft are still rotating. You seem to be focusing on the rear drive, so maybe you have isolated the vibration to that area, but I was just offering an input.
