For some inspiration, Check out this '97 Dakota Built to RUN!

"THIS TRUCK IS READY TO GO RACING OR PUT BACK ON STREET ! ! !

New Dodge Red and White paint, base coat and clear coat.

Motor:

360 Motor (New from Chrysler research and engineering);
Honed cylinders with torch plates, deck bloc, balance rotating assembly;
Reconditioned rods ,stock pistons, with new low tension rings, standard bore, APR rod bolts, Smith Brother adjustable push-rods, Mopar steel retainers, Comp valve springs, Comp cam, .432 lift, 245 degrees duration, 108 degrees center, Heads flowed and C.C., Milodon windage tray.

Transmission:

JPT transmission, 904Chrysler full race Trans, full roller and all aluminum drums, 8” Race converter, new drive shaft and heavy duty joints- balanced, Summit drive shaft loop, 8 ¾ Chrysler rear end with spool , 488 Richmond gears and new strange axels 30 spline, Comp Engineering adjustable shocks and slide a link traction bars, Moroso trick high energy front coil springs

Wheels:

Weld racing 4”x15”, 8”x15”, Hoosier tires 9”x30”x15”-94” radial, Moroso fronts DS-2 28”x4.5”x 15”

Miscellaneous:

· Turbo action Cheetah shifter

· Line lock

· Hand built aluminum bed cover with hinged top

· S&W Row bar with swing out drivers bar with fire proof padding

· RLS 5 point harness

· Low drag front disc brakes (Arrow Space)

· PAW 16” electric fan

· CSI aluminum electric water pump

· MSD 6AL ignition, MSD crank trigger, MSD blaster coil, MSD plug wires

· New 12 volt battery

· 2-aluminum weight boxes

· 16 gallon Summit fuel cell

· Arrow Motive fuel pump, regulator and fuel filter

· Half inch stainless steel braided line from tank to injectors

· Moroso super cool cam

· New alternator

· F.A.S.T. programmable controller unit

· Auto Meter monster tach

· Mopar fuel pressure gauge

· New Chrysler aluminum Radiator

Truck is set-up to run 12's for Stock Eliminator class.

IHRA: C, D, or E S/TA

NHRA: J, K, or L S/A

Only 13 passes on the truck

This Truck is Built for the track OR can be perfectly streetable!

Thanks. Yeah, I thought it was pretty "WICKED" myself! Thought I'd post it for you all to see AND maybe give some inspiration as well. ;)
