98 3.9 weird electrical issue involving multiple systems

I have a 98 sport 3.9 PW PL and I went to replace the vent control door and AC control panel but now my power door locks, and blower motor only work If the door is open and the dome light is on. I replaced the bcm/ctm because there was clicking coming from it when I hit the door lock controls and when the door jamb switch is depressed but that didn't change anything. Would like to mention that my gauge lights and parking/ fog lights don't work unless I pull the stem/knob out to just enough and that engagement area is so small that I can't even turn the knob to dim the interior lights without it disengaging. I replaced the headlight switch and Same thing happened. The security light on the gauge cluster comes on when I turn the AC knob too. I plugged all of the wires that I have access to back in but can't figure out what the problem with this truck is. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated!!

Presumably you had no issues before the AC work, if so, I'd start by pulling the new parts and replacing them with the old parts. If all the weird issues are gone you know it's something with the new parts, perhaps one or both are not compatible with your truck. If the old parts don't clear the issues then careful inspect the wiring associated with the parts replacement, something could've come loose or damaged, even a wire pinched to ground or a wire unpinned. Start there and let us know.

I did swap the parts just to be sure and it was all the same. I tried to find any pinned wies or loose ones and didn't see any.
For discussion/clarification purposes the issues began right after the parts swap? Thanks.

not really, All I did before noticing this was take off the blower motor cover. I did connect and disconnect the battery a few times before I noticed but nothing was on
If you don't have access to the electrical diagram of your Dakota, you'll need to get it. I'd begin with an assessment of powers and grounds distribution to learn the commonality of these circuits. There may be more than one problem but the first thing to attack is the commonality with the most systems affected. Example: hypothetically the door locks, blower motor and dome light share power and/or ground, etcétera. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Checked grounds, still nothing
Do you mind explaining the grounds verification process you followed?

Electrical is not a strong subject for me, but the connection between ground and the component could be broken somewhere else than at the point where the ground terminates at.
Presumably you mean you cleaned the grounding points (body/chassis). Now you need to probe the ground wires at the connectors of the systems affected with a 12v load to ensure circuit integrity. A simple stop/backup light bulb connected to 2 wires works real well because it'll draw several amps, testing the wires/connections condition. Connect one wire of the bulb to a fused 12V source and with the other wire probe the ground wires. Good luck and let us know what you find.

Now the blower motor works fine but the power door locks and interior lighting flash with the hazard lights and the doors either lock or unlock whenever I release or press the brake. It keeps blowing a 15 amp Park light fuse.
