HI DAKOTA OWNERS
this is my first post on here, so i hope im doing this right. I have a 2005 dakota laramie with a 4.7 V8 magnum. I recently changed out the front right CV joint and wheel bearing assembly. In the process, I had to change the ABS sensor as well. Since then, the ABS warning light has been on and off, and at random times, coming to a stop (stoplights/stop signs, parking, etc...), the ABS will kick in for no reason. That was fine at first, but now its become more common and now it feels like the brakes are grinding somewhat just when im driving, like theres too much pressure on them. I have checked the brake fluid levels and the connection for the sensor, both are fine. Any ideas? thanks!
