AC works great on high, does not work on the other 3 settings. Is that a fuse or something else? What can I do to fix it. It gets super cold and super hot when set to cool or heat so I am not worried about temp, I am just wanting it to work on low.

Your blower motor resistor is shot. It's about a $20 part, and a pretty simple fix.
I find that OEM resistors seem to work best if you can get one.

You're welcome. Mine is held in with two bolts, not sure which size which I needed, but it was a Torx, and a stubby one is needed at that. Yours might be different, the 2005 model redesign may be different than yours.

Yep it is a torx screw, I have a ton of them so I am not worried. I will be picking up the part in a few hours at the store.

Those screws were hell to get back in because my shoulders are wide. I had to have my wife help me but it now works. Thanks for your help. If you were here I'd buy you a beer.
