Check connections at blower motor resistor, and the resistor itself. In my '96, it was located under the hood, on the passenger side, on the firewall. Big bunch of wires going to a connector of about 6 pins. FYI, in this circuit, 12V+ from the accessory position is fused, and goes straight to the blower motor. The fan selector switch routes either straight-ground, or ground through a resistor, to the other side of the motor. There are about 4 different routes (resistances) it can take. It is a high amperage circuit, and is prone to corrosion, especially if you've been using the high setting. Other than that, the blower motor could have failed. Hard, but not impossible to replace.
