If I want to replace a body mount bolt, will I be able to remove it with a ratchet wrench, or will I need an impact wrench?

Yes.

It actually will depend on how oxidated (or rusted) the bolt is, the nut plate is, and how strong you are.

Mine came out of my 2000 quad cab with a socket, breaker bar and a pipe extension. Probably wouldn't hurt to spray I'm PB Blaster up in the mount bracket through the hole and let it sit for a little bit.

Took PB Blaster and a breaker with a pipe extention to get two of them off my 2000 R/T club. The rest were done without the PB. Definitely wasn't a good time but wasn't the worst time, good luck!
