Yes, and maybe.

I had mine rewelded recently. A good shop can do that; however, you may find it advantageous to replace the door with one from a boneyard.

(If it's a used door, you might want to get the weld touched up before installing it. And it'll be easier to align if you knock out the old pins; rebush the hinge as necessary; and do that instead of unbolting/rebolting the cab side.)

old post I know but I swapped doors on my 96 because of this, (I had a perfect pair of replacements in storage, that I bought from the boneyard a while back, at the time only because I have 2 of these trucks and figured to "get while the gettin was good". I'm glad I did after the lower hinge on the drivers door did the same as yours.
