Fuel Pump Quick Connect

Hi new here I have a 1990 Dakota and I will be changing the fuel tank and pump system from a 90 to a 91. I just need help figuring out a few things starting with the size of these fuel pump quick connects on the 1991 pump and if you have any ideas on how to change them to fit the trucks metal fuel lines because now its just rubber hoses and clamps going to the supply and return lines with the 1990 pump. Any advice and help is greatly appreciated.
