May sound like a silly question with a 3.9. Every once in awhile I find myself having to hurry up in first gear.
It feels like the rear end is about to start wheel hop axle wind up what ever you like to call it. Everything I
build, restore and race is FWD. My concern is the drive shaft FWD's don't have those either. Thinking a
set of the $50 traction bars might help. Anyone tried this? Steve

You didn't say if you had 2wd or 4wd. (It will make a difference) If it's a 2wd, a classic set of slapper bars will work. If it's a 4x4 you can't use the slapper bars, but there are other traction bars available for 4wds.

Thanks it's a RWD and with the cooling weather seems to be running stronger. My new engine plan is on hold as I have reconnected with old friend who is once again doing paint and body work. I'm restoring a 66 Austin Cooper S with his help. Once done it will find a new home and help pay college for the kids. Steve
