Jack the front end off the ground. That will unload the bars. And as a side note, IMO the torsion keys are sort of a waste of money. You'll find that when you install them, the upper control arms will be in contact with the upper bump stops. Down travel will be nonexistent and the ride will basically suck. The most lift you should consider is 1.5 to 2 inches max and that could be easily accomplished by adjusting the bars with the existing keys. There still will be some down travel and the ride won't suck as much.
