The body moldings I have no idea, but I bet that there's generic ones that can be trimmed if you replace the whole truck's moldings.

Door panels - there's at least one company that makes both power and manual door panels, and can even sell a dash cap. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?carcode=1087365&parttype=1296 is for a 1988, the parts will fit a 1995 but may be slightly different.

For the headliner - a trip to someplace like JoAnn's Fabrics or Hancock's Fabrics (or your local equivalent) will yield headliner fabric with the foam, and also headliner adhesive spray. There's articles on how to recover a headliner board ... one I've been reading a few times is at http://www.allpar.com/eek/headliner.html (yes, it's for an older car, but the methodogy is sound and works.) I'm going to also seal the pressed fiber with a lacquer sealer before I glue the new on.

You'd be surprised at what places like Fairchild, Sherman, and even Precision Restoration Parts has for us. PRP has the full door weatherstripping, for instance.
