2003 Dakota quad cab with 3.9L V6.
JC2 in the diagrams show 18 pins [2 rows of 9]. What I have is a 16 pin connector [2 rows of 8]. Where do i find the correct pin-out? Tracing a no-start condition. ALLDATA shows the 18 pin.

JC2 is not a connector in the sense that two units are plugged together. It is a component of the PDC that internally gangs together certain circuits, connecting them. There are 18 "pins" that are visible when looking at the PDC from the top, in a unit that has two rows of nine metal dots along the rear side of the PDC nearer the engine. The pinout for JC2 is on page 8W-10-11 of the FSM.
