hey guys im new to this site, but i need some help with replacing lights up in the plastic thing on by the rear view (reading lights) has anybody changed bulbs and if so how do you get the plastic off to get to the bulb? also i am wanting to put L.E.D.s in my vents.. any help is highly appreciated! thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
i would first say to look at your owner's manual, it should tell you how to open that to change the bulbs. if you dont have one you can probably download it from dodge.com (i think)

as for putting LEDs in the vents, i probably would say you'd have to take most of not all of the dash off to hide the wires unless you can find another way to do it, at least the front face plate of the dash

if you have the console on the ceiling, you need to take out the screw(s) holding it in place and pull down (2 strong clips hold it up) then it should be obvious from there, did the same thing with my 2006 dakota SLT. should work about the same if you have the console (temp, mileage, etc.)
