I have a 2001 standard cab Dakota 4x4 and I was wondering if anyone knows how much I need to lift the front to be level with the back.

2 inches on a RWD, I assume it's no different on a 4WD. But if you go with coil spring spacers, you might want to look at this thread: Help with leveling my 02 RWD
