There's a nice book that Mother Mopar wrote, that is being reproduced by Bishko Books.
It's called the Factory Service Manual.
It's about $40-$50 from Bishko directly on CD; you can also find the FSM used in paper on eBay.
You're looking for the tail end of section 8W.
But I'd get it for the rest of the manual also.

I just recently got (on Ebay) a factory 4 book set for my '03 for $84 (which includes tax & shipping).
