Which engine do you have?

Looks like P0300 is “Random or Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected” so I would go with the basics first: plugs & wires. If it's a 3.9 or 5.2 or 5.9 cap & rotor would probably be included with the basics.
(And on edit: on 3.9/5.2/5.9 the cam position sensor, which is also known as the distributor pickup coil, lives under the cap, so if you do decide to replace the cap, you may as wll get that. IMO, it is practically an expendable tuneup part.)

(Although I think it is probably a more complex issue than that, I also think you have to rule out the basics first.)

My motor is a 3.7 liter and ive done the basics over and over
Okay, the 3.7/4.7 is a bit of a different animal, isn't it.
I am not even sure, besides plugs, what would be considered the basics on those.
Just out of curiosity, what have you done so far?
Any checks on any sensors?
Does it only spit & sputter under load at 30 mph or can you duplicate the condition at the same RPM in neutral? Maybe in D with your foot on the brake when you bring the RPM up?
If you haven't already, it might be worth checking at your injectors with a NOID light?
