Hi Everybody, just new to this forum and just luv my Dakota, I'm the original owner, it's had a few small problems but thats to be expected.
I have a concern maybe some one can advise me.

I have tilt steering and when bring the tilt steering down it shuts of the blower motor, I have also replaced the blower resister and harness, I feel the wires are being pinched in the steering column but not sure how to repair it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

That's, an odd situation at best. The only circuit that runs to the steering column for the blower motor/HVAC system is the ignition circuit which turns on absolutely everything. You would be experiencing more problems than just the blower motor turning off when you tilt the steering wheel. Unless there is an aftermarket alarm system or other electronics patched in which utilize the same circuit and are bumped/moved because of the steering wheel tilt.
