When I purchased my 2005 Dakota Quad Cab SLT used, I didn't realize that the bolt holding on the seat belt for the driver's side was simply friction fit into the hole. It fell out one day, and I'm thinking "good thing I wasn't in a crash!!"

Anyway, does anyone know where I can find a new factory bolt for the seat with the right thread specs? Pic should be attached...It's the shiny silver thing in the bottom right of the photo.

Prolly just going to have to find a junk yard or dealer for this!

could just use a grade 8. until you can find the exact bolt. better than nothing. might be able to call the dealer and ask for the specs of that bolt. probably is just a grade 8 with a short shoulder on it.
