Which engine? Since you said camshaft (singular), I'm assuming it's the 3.9L, 5.2L, or 5.9L. To get the camshaft out, you had to remove the lifters, the distributor, and probably the shaft that drives the oil pump. So you'll need to check and lube the cam bearings and reinstall the cam. Before you put the heads back on, make sure that the #1 cylinder (left bank) is at top dead center. Install the cam gear, aligning the timing mark with the timing mark on the crankshaft gear -- they should be on line between the centerlines of the crankshaft and camshaft. Install the timing chain, and then finish installing lifters, heads, distributor, etc.
