Hello everyone, I'm new to this site.

I have recently replaced the front brakes and rotors off my 2002 Dodge Dakota 4.7 quad cab. I test drove it and the brakes seem to all be working fine, definitely got rid of previous problem, but now I hear a slight hissing noise while driving. This noise was previously not there and it sounds like it is coming from the brakes/wheels. When I break it seems to quiet down the noise, I am guessing the pads are rubbing on the new rotors, is this normal? Should I drive it a while to wear them down a bit? Any suggestions will help.

Thanks in advance
