Ok ive got a 90 Dakota 4x4 5spd trans went out in it was a 23 spline
Shaft... I got a trans out of a 92 thats 10 spline . So I changed the clutch and slave cylinder
I got everything in bolted the starter up and it will not hit the flywheel
With the 90 model starter went and got a 92 model starter same thing
Went to parts house looked the flywheel up says its the same even for a v8.
So im going to have to change the flywheel to v8 the newer trans the bell bolts on the inside and my old had 4 bolts on the inside please someone help me tks Bobby
