Just finished putting a tune up on my Dakota. It didn't want to start this morning so I pulled a plug & found it was so old the gap was .080. Got a new set & found the rest of the old ones were gapped between .078 & .080. That's twice what they're supposed to be gapped at. I'm surprised this truck even ran. Tomorrow a new cap & rotor button.

Definitely sounds like it was time for a tune up, couldn't have been much electrode left, should run better now!

There was a little nub left to the electrodes. I'd take a pic but I left my camera at my Brothers. I just bought this truck off a guy who's had it since '03 & I seriously doubt He ever changed them.
