I've got a customer's '01 Dakota in here- it's a 4WD 4.7 with the 4 speed auto (15 bolt pan) - one of the front driveline to transfer case flange bolts apparently
broke and the "dogbone" flailed around and destroyed the wiring for the output shaft speed sensor. I can get a connector but wondered about polarity issues with the sensor. The wires that got cut are the green and green/white ones that attach at the bottom of the trans to? Which wire goes to which pin on the sensor or does it matter? Seems like it is supposed to have a 5V reference signal so polarity must be important (or maybe not). Any help here would be appreciated.
