Oil Pressure drop

I have a Dakota Club Cab LE 6 cylinder, I have recently noticed that my oil light comes on when I hit the brakes because the oil pressure gauge drops to low. As soon as I have stopped it goes back up and the light goes out.

I am spending my morning double checking fluid levels and the sensor. Thank you for your input. Sometimes the obvious solution is the one we overlook. I am gonna move on back to square and eliminate possible causes. Troubleshooting 101.
